The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
We are looking for a reliable individual who is able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and reports.
Organize and maintain office files and records.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
Process accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain a general ledger.
Reconcile bank statements.
Manage payroll systems.
